Chính sách này nói rõ cách chúng tôi xử lý thông tin cá nhân. Bản tiếng Việt và bản tiếng Anh có cùng hiệu lực. Nếu một chỗ chữ khác nhau, hãy viết cho it@lovepop.vn để chúng tôi sửa. Trong thủ tục tại Việt Nam, bản tiếng Việt là bản đối chiếu.
1. Chúng tôi thu thập những gì
1.1 Website lovepop.vn
- Thông tin bạn gửi qua email hoặc điện thoại: họ tên, địa chỉ email, số điện thoại và nội dung thư.
- Nhật ký kỹ thuật của máy chủ web, trong mức một website thông thường cần để vận hành an toàn: địa chỉ IP, thời điểm, loại trình duyệt và trang được yêu cầu. Nhật ký này dùng để bảo vệ site, không dùng để dựng hồ sơ quảng cáo.
- Lựa chọn ngôn ngữ lưu trên chính trình duyệt của bạn (localStorage). Dữ liệu này nằm trên thiết bị của bạn.
Mẫu liên hệ trên website mở ứng dụng thư của bạn. Chúng tôi chỉ nhận thư khi bạn gửi tới it@lovepop.vn. lovepop.vn không có hệ thống tài khoản riêng cho khách xem website.
1.2 Ứng dụng di động
Tùy tính năng của từng ứng dụng do chúng tôi phát hành, chúng tôi có thể thu thập:
- Thông tin tài khoản: họ tên, email, số điện thoại và mã người dùng.
- Mã đăng nhập nếu bạn chọn Đăng nhập bằng Apple hoặc Google. Chúng tôi chỉ nhận những gì bạn đồng ý chia sẻ, thường là tên, email và mã tài khoản. Chúng tôi không nhận mật khẩu Apple hoặc Google của bạn.
- Nội dung bạn tạo: tin nhắn, ghi chú, ảnh, tệp hoặc tài liệu bạn gửi trong ứng dụng.
- Thư bạn trao đổi với bộ phận hỗ trợ.
- Dữ liệu chẩn đoán: mẫu máy, phiên bản hệ điều hành, phiên bản ứng dụng, ngôn ngữ, múi giờ, và nhật ký sự cố hoặc hiệu năng.
- Một mã cài đặt chỉ dùng trong ứng dụng đó. Chúng tôi không dùng mã quảng cáo của Apple (IDFA) hay mã quảng cáo Android để theo dõi bạn trên ứng dụng và website của công ty khác. Nếu một ứng dụng trong tương lai xin phép theo dõi, hệ điều hành sẽ hiện hộp thoại của chính hệ điều hành, và bạn có thể từ chối.
- Tham chiếu mua hàng: mã sản phẩm hoặc gói đăng ký và mã giao dịch từ Apple hoặc Google. Chúng tôi không nhận đủ số thẻ thanh toán. Apple hoặc Google xử lý khoản thanh toán theo điều khoản của họ.
- Vị trí, máy ảnh, ảnh, micro hoặc danh bạ chỉ khi một tính năng cần chúng. Ứng dụng hỏi qua hộp thoại quyền của hệ điều hành. Bạn có thể từ chối và vẫn dùng những phần không cần quyền đó.
Chúng tôi không yêu cầu số giấy tờ tùy thân, vị trí chính xác hay dữ liệu cá nhân nhạy cảm khác cho việc dùng website thông thường. Nếu một ứng dụng cụ thể cần dữ liệu cá nhân nhạy cảm theo pháp luật Việt Nam, ứng dụng đó sẽ xin một sự đồng ý riêng, nói rõ mục đích.
1.3 Trẻ em
Website và ứng dụng của chúng tôi không hướng tới trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi, hoặc dưới 16 tuổi ở nơi luật áp dụng độ tuổi cao hơn. Chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập thông tin cá nhân của trẻ em. Nếu bạn cho rằng một trẻ em đã cung cấp thông tin, hãy viết tới it@lovepop.vn. Chúng tôi sẽ xóa thông tin đó.
2. Chúng tôi dùng thông tin để làm gì
- Trả lời câu hỏi và hỗ trợ.
- Tạo và quản lý tài khoản ứng dụng khi bạn yêu cầu.
- Cung cấp tính năng bạn chọn dùng.
- Ghi nhận giao dịch mua trong ứng dụng qua Apple hoặc Google.
- Giữ website và ứng dụng an toàn, sửa lỗi, và xem hiệu năng ở dạng tổng hợp.
- Thực hiện nghĩa vụ kế toán, thuế và pháp lý.
- Gửi thông báo cần thiết để bạn dùng tài khoản, ví dụ cảnh báo bảo mật hoặc thư trả lời yêu cầu của bạn.
Chúng tôi không bán thông tin cá nhân. Chúng tôi không chia sẻ thông tin đó cho bên môi giới dữ liệu. Chúng tôi không dùng thông tin đó cho quảng cáo của bên thứ ba.
Nếu chúng tôi gửi tin tức sản phẩm qua email, chúng tôi chỉ gửi khi bạn đồng ý. Bạn có thể hủy trong chính thư đó, hoặc viết tới it@lovepop.vn.
3. Cơ sở pháp lý
Chúng tôi xử lý dữ liệu cá nhân theo pháp luật Việt Nam, gồm Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân, và luật khác áp dụng cho từng người dùng. Tùy hoạt động, chúng tôi dựa trên:
- sự đồng ý của bạn;
- nhu cầu thực hiện hợp đồng với bạn, hoặc các bước bạn yêu cầu trước hợp đồng;
- nghĩa vụ pháp lý;
- lợi ích hợp pháp trong việc bảo vệ và vận hành website cùng ứng dụng, khi lợi ích đó không lấn át quyền của bạn.
Bạn có thể rút lại sự đồng ý bất kỳ lúc nào. Việc rút lại không ảnh hưởng xử lý đã diễn ra hợp pháp. Chúng tôi vẫn có thể lưu thông tin khi luật buộc phải lưu.
4. Chúng tôi chia sẻ với ai
- Nhân sự của Lovepop Việt Nam khi họ cần dữ liệu để làm việc, với nghĩa vụ bảo mật.
- Nhà cung cấp hạ tầng, thư điện tử, và — nếu một ứng dụng bật các công cụ này — báo cáo sự cố hoặc chẩn đoán. Họ chỉ xử lý theo chỉ dẫn của chúng tôi.
- Apple hoặc Google khi bạn tải ứng dụng, thanh toán, hoặc đăng nhập bằng tài khoản cửa hàng. Hai công ty đó là đơn vị kiểm soát riêng đối với tài khoản, thiết bị và dữ liệu thanh toán mà họ thu theo chính sách của họ.
- Cố vấn hoặc cơ quan nhà nước khi luật yêu cầu, hoặc khi cần để bảo vệ quyền, sự an toàn và tài sản của người dùng, nhân sự hoặc công ty.
- Tổ chức kế thừa nếu bộ phận liên quan được tổ chức lại hoặc chuyển giao. Khi đó chính sách này tiếp tục áp dụng, hoặc bạn sẽ được báo về thay đổi.
Chúng tôi không cho phép nhà cung cấp dùng thông tin của bạn cho quảng cáo của riêng họ. Trang cửa hàng và phần khai báo quyền riêng tư trong từng ứng dụng nêu công cụ chẩn đoán mà ứng dụng đó dùng.
5. Chuyển dữ liệu ra ngoài Việt Nam
Chúng tôi đặt tại Đà Nẵng và lưu thông tin tại Việt Nam khi có thể. Apple, Google và một số nhà cung cấp hạ tầng có thể xử lý thông tin ở quốc gia khác, kể cả Hoa Kỳ. Khi luật yêu cầu một biện pháp bảo vệ cho việc chuyển dữ liệu, chúng tôi dùng biện pháp luật công nhận, như sự đồng ý của bạn hoặc cam kết hợp đồng từ bên nhận.
6. Thời gian lưu
- Email hỗ trợ: đến 24 tháng sau thư cuối trong chuỗi, trừ khi một vụ việc pháp lý cần lâu hơn.
- Nhật ký an ninh máy chủ: đến 90 ngày.
- Dữ liệu tài khoản ứng dụng: trong thời gian tài khoản còn mở, rồi xóa hoặc ẩn danh không thể đảo ngược trong 30 ngày sau khi chúng tôi hoàn tất yêu cầu xóa đã được xác minh, trừ hồ sơ luật buộc phải giữ.
- Hồ sơ giao dịch phải lưu cho thuế hoặc kế toán: trong thời hạn luật Việt Nam yêu cầu, kể cả khi bạn xóa tài khoản. Chúng tôi giữ các hồ sơ đó ở mức tối thiểu.
- Lựa chọn ngôn ngữ trên trình duyệt: cho đến khi bạn xóa dữ liệu site.
7. Bảo mật
Website dùng HTTPS. Chúng tôi giới hạn quyền vào hộp thư và hệ thống cho người cần dùng. Chúng tôi yêu cầu nhà cung cấp bảo vệ thông tin họ xử lý cho chúng tôi. Không có cách truyền hay lưu trữ nào an toàn tuyệt đối. Nếu chúng tôi biết một sự cố dữ liệu cá nhân mà luật buộc phải báo, chúng tôi sẽ báo cơ quan có thẩm quyền và, khi luật yêu cầu, báo những người bị ảnh hưởng.
8. Quyền của bạn
Trong phạm vi pháp luật Việt Nam và luật khác áp dụng cho bạn, bạn có thể yêu cầu chúng tôi:
- xác nhận chúng tôi có xử lý dữ liệu của bạn hay không, và cho bạn xem;
- sửa dữ liệu chưa đầy đủ hoặc sai;
- xóa dữ liệu;
- hạn chế hoặc phản đối một số cách xử lý;
- rút lại sự đồng ý;
- nhận một bản dữ liệu bạn đã cung cấp, khi luật dành cho bạn quyền đó;
- khiếu nại với cơ quan có thẩm quyền của Việt Nam về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân.
Gửi email tới it@lovepop.vn với tiêu đề “Yêu cầu quyền riêng tư”. Chúng tôi xác nhận yêu cầu trong 72 giờ và hoàn tất trong 30 ngày, trừ khi luật ấn định thời hạn khác. Chúng tôi có thể hỏi thêm thông tin để chắc yêu cầu là của bạn, nhằm không giao dữ liệu nhầm người.
9. Xóa tài khoản và dữ liệu
Bạn có thể yêu cầu xóa tài khoản ứng dụng và dữ liệu cá nhân gắn với tài khoản đó.
- Gửi email từ địa chỉ của tài khoản tới it@lovepop.vn, tiêu đề “Delete my account”. Ghi tên ứng dụng, cửa hàng (Apple App Store hoặc Google Play), và email hoặc số điện thoại của tài khoản.

Chúng tôi có thể từ chối yêu cầu không xác minh được, hoặc giữ hồ sơ mà luật buộc phải giữ, ví dụ hóa đơn. Nếu còn giữ gì, chúng tôi sẽ nói rõ và nói vì sao. Xóa tài khoản không tự hủy gói đăng ký do Apple hoặc Google thu tiền. Bạn hủy gói đó trong phần cài đặt đăng ký của cửa hàng. Sau khi xác minh, chúng tôi xóa hoặc ẩn danh dữ liệu tài khoản trong 30 ngày, và xóa bản sao trên hệ thống đang dùng trong cùng thời hạn. Bản sao lưu, nếu có, hết hạn theo chu kỳ thường và không được dùng cho mục đích khác.
10. Cookie và công nghệ tương tự
Website này không dùng cookie quảng cáo và không gắn công cụ thống kê của bên thứ ba. Website lưu trên trình duyệt của bạn:
- lovepop-lang — lựa chọn tiếng Việt hoặc tiếng Anh;
- lovepop-cookie — bạn đã đóng thông báo ngắn về việc lưu này.
Hai giá trị này ở lại đến khi bạn xóa chúng. Bạn cũng có thể đổi ngôn ngữ bằng nút VI / EN. Ứng dụng của chúng tôi không dùng cookie quảng cáo của bên thứ ba. Công cụ chẩn đoán, nếu một ứng dụng có, được nêu trong phần khai báo của ứng dụng đó trên cửa hàng.
11. Thay đổi
Mọi thay đổi được đăng trên trang này và ngày hiệu lực được cập nhật. Nếu thay đổi ảnh hưởng đáng kể tới tài khoản ứng dụng, chúng tôi còn báo trong ứng dụng hoặc qua email.

Scope: the website https://lovepop.vn and the mobile applications this company publishes on the Apple App Store and Google Play.
This policy explains how we handle personal information. The Vietnamese and English texts have the same effect. If you notice any difference in wording, please email it@lovepop.vn and we will correct it. For proceedings in Vietnam, the Vietnamese text is the reference.
1. Information we collect
1.1 The lovepop.vn website
- Information you send by email or phone: your name, email address, phone number, and the message.
- Technical logs a normal web server may keep so the site can run safely: IP address, date and time, browser type, and the page requested. We use these logs to protect the site, not to build advertising profiles.
- A language choice stored in your own browser (localStorage). It stays on your device.
Contact forms on this website open your email app. We receive a message only when you send it to it@lovepop.vn. lovepop.vn does not run a separate account system for people browsing the website.
1.2 Mobile applications
Depending on the features of a particular app we publish, we may collect:
- Account details: name, email address, phone number, and a user identifier.
- A sign-in token if you choose Sign in with Apple or Google. We receive only what you agree to share, typically a name, an email address, and an account identifier. We never receive your Apple or Google password.
- Content you create: messages, notes, photos, files, or other material you submit in the app.
- Your correspondence with our support team.
- Diagnostics: device model, operating-system version, app version, language, time zone, and crash or performance logs.
- An installation identifier used only inside that app. We do not use Apple’s advertising identifier (IDFA) or the Android advertising ID to track you across other companies’ apps and websites. If a future app ever asks to track you, the operating system shows its own permission prompt, and you can refuse.
- Purchase references: a product or subscription identifier and a transaction reference from Apple or Google. We do not receive your full payment-card number. Apple or Google processes the payment under their own terms.
- Location, camera, photos, microphone, or contacts only when a feature needs them. The app asks through the operating system’s permission dialog. You can refuse and still use the parts of the app that do not need that permission.
We do not require government identity numbers, precise location, or other sensitive personal data for ordinary use of the website. If a specific app needs sensitive personal data as defined by Vietnamese law, that app will ask for a separate consent and state the purpose.
1.3 Children
Our website and apps are not directed to children under 13, or under 16 where a higher age applies. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, email it@lovepop.vn and we will delete it.
2. How we use information
- To answer questions and provide support.
- To create and manage an app account you request.
- To provide the features you choose to use.
- To record in-app purchases made through Apple or Google.
- To keep the website and apps secure, fix failures, and understand performance in aggregate.
- To meet accounting, tax, and other legal duties.
- To send service messages you need in order to use an account, such as a security notice or a reply to your request.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with data brokers. We do not use it for third-party advertising.
If we send optional product news by email, we do so only with your consent. You can unsubscribe in the message itself, or by emailing it@lovepop.vn.
3. Legal grounds
We process personal data under Vietnamese law, including Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection, and any other law that applies to a particular person. Depending on the activity, we rely on:
- your consent;
- the need to perform a contract with you, or to take steps you ask for before a contract;
- a legal obligation;
- a legitimate interest in securing and operating our website and apps, where that interest is not overridden by your rights.
You may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that already happened lawfully. We may still keep information where the law requires it.
4. Who receives information
- Lovepop Vietnam staff who need it to do their work, under a duty of confidentiality.
- Providers of infrastructure, email delivery, and — where an app enables them — crash reporting or diagnostics. They process information only on our instructions.
- Apple or Google, when you download an app, pay, or sign in with a store account. Those companies are separate controllers of the account, device, and payment data they collect under their own policies.
- An adviser or a public authority when the law requires it, or when it is needed to protect the rights, safety, and property of our users, our staff, or the company.
- A successor organization if the relevant business is reorganized or transferred. This policy will continue to cover the information, or you will be told about the change.
We do not authorize providers to use your information for their own advertising. The store listing and the privacy details inside each app name any diagnostic tools that app uses.
5. Transfers outside Vietnam
We are based in Da Nang and keep information in Vietnam when we can. Apple, Google, and some infrastructure providers may process information in other countries, including the United States. Where the law requires a safeguard for a transfer, we use a measure the law recognizes, such as your consent or a contractual commitment from the recipient.
6. How long we keep information
- Support email: up to 24 months after the last message in the thread, unless a legal matter needs longer.
- Server security logs: up to 90 days.
- App account data: for as long as the account is open, then deleted or irreversibly anonymized within 30 days after we complete a verified deletion request, except for records the law requires us to keep.
- Transaction records required for tax or accounting: for the period Vietnamese law requires, even if you delete an account. We keep those records to a minimum.
- The language choice in your browser: until you clear site data.
7. Security
This website uses HTTPS. We limit access to mailboxes and systems to people who need them. We expect our providers to protect information they handle for us. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. If we learn of a personal-data incident that the law requires us to report, we will notify the competent authority and, where required, the people affected.
8. Your rights
Subject to Vietnamese law and any other law that applies to you, you may ask us to:
- confirm whether we process your personal data and to let you access it;
- correct data that is incomplete or wrong;
- delete data;
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- withdraw consent;
- receive a copy of data you provided, where the law gives you that right;
- complain to the competent Vietnamese authority for personal-data protection.
Email it@lovepop.vn with the subject “Privacy request”. We acknowledge the request within 72 hours and complete it within 30 days, unless the law sets a different time. We may ask for information needed to confirm the request is yours, so we do not disclose data to the wrong person.
9. Delete an account and your data
You can ask us to delete an app account and the personal data tied to it.
- Send an email from the address on the account to it@lovepop.vn with the subject “Delete my account”. Include the app name, the store (Apple App Store or Google Play), and the email address or phone number on the account.

We may refuse a request we cannot verify, or keep a record the law requires us to keep, such as an invoice. If we keep anything, we will say what and why. Deleting an account does not by itself cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google. You cancel that in the store’s subscription settings. After we verify the request, we delete or anonymize the account data within 30 days, and we remove copies from active systems on the same timetable. Backups, if any, expire on their normal cycle and are not used for any other purpose.
10. Cookies and similar technology
This website does not use advertising cookies and does not embed third-party analytics. It stores, in your browser:
- lovepop-lang — your choice of Vietnamese or English;
- lovepop-cookie — that you closed the short notice about this storage.
These values stay until you clear them. You can also switch language with the VI / EN control. Our apps do not use third-party advertising cookies. Diagnostic tools, if an app includes them, are described in that app’s store privacy details.
11. Changes
We post any change on this page and update the effective date. If a change materially affects an app account, we also give notice in the app or by email.
